By accessing or using the Gledva application ("Service"), operated by Global Edge Pathway LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gledva is an AI-powered travel planning platform that helps users create personalized travel itineraries, manage trip details, track expenses, and collaborate with travel companions. The Service may include free and premium features as described on our platform.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Gledva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

• You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for any content you share publicly through social features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Some features of Gledva require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a premium plan:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable as described in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate travel recommendations, itineraries, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should independently verify important travel information such as opening hours, prices, visa requirements, and safety advisories before relying on them.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, functionality, software, algorithms, AI prompts, user interface designs, graphics, logos, trade names, and all related intellectual property are and will remain the exclusive property of Global Edge Pathway LLC ("Company") and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and international jurisdictions.

The name "Gledva," the Gledva logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You expressly agree that you shall not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part thereof.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, algorithms, AI models, prompts, or underlying data structures of the Service.
• Use knowledge gained from the Service to build a competing or substantially similar product or service.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on or within the Service.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect any content, data, or information from the Service by automated or manual means for use in a competing product.
• Sub-license, transfer, or assign your rights under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent.

All AI-generated itineraries, travel recommendations, and curated content produced by the Service are proprietary outputs of the Company's technology. While users may use such outputs for personal travel planning, redistribution, commercial resale, or systematic reproduction of AI-generated content is strictly prohibited without express written authorization.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service ("Feedback") shall become the exclusive property of the Company, and you hereby assign all rights in such Feedback to us without compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gledva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Privacy

12. Termination
